The aim of this course is to introduce safe diving procedures for using the APD Inspiration Re-breather.

The course lasts 5 days of which we spend 6 hours in the Open Water and 2 hours in the pool/confined water. Theory takes place during the diving to maximise the time spent in the water.

The prerequisite for this course is Advanced Nitrox diver but if you haven't completed this prior to taking the CCR training you can do it at the same time. Please contact us for more information on how to do this.

• Solenoid failure drills.
• Electronics failure
• DSMB deployment
• Open circuit bail out and mouthpiece drills
• Open circuit bailout drills
• Hypercapnia control
• Cell verification checks
• Plus a comprehensive electronics workshop including cell removal and checks with solenoid strip down

Trimix Inspiration re-breather training

£550 (5 Day Course)

This course runs along the same lines as the Entry Level Trimix course and all skills are the same as Inspiration level 1.

Trimix CCR £450 if you did module one with us.

For the CCR Trimix course divers will need to bring 2 side mounted stages with 02 clean regulators and a suit inflation system.

Equipment is exactly the same as the other Trimix diver programs.

With Inspiration training there are only 2 levels as gas management requirements are far easier to plan on a CCR than OC. However we must stress that as with all programs, ambitions must be well within your abilities.

The maximum depth we go to on this course is 70m.

The course is 1 days theory and 4 days diving

The prerequisite for this course is 100 hours on the unit
